friendly receptionistfree parking
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in a few hours early (I really appreciated that). I also found the free on-site parking very handy since I had a car.

the daily turn down service was a nice touch, i appreciated that. nespresso capsules were available in the room, and this was really convenient. i found the hotel warm and the hotel was quite spacious. the beds were super comfortable, ensuring good rest.
Spa facilities were not included . I was like that should have been part of the package.

The staff provided good service. i had no issues with parking. I found available spaces . the hotel location facilitated a quick escape to natural areas, which i found valuable. the triple room with single beds proved very comfortable. This added to a restful experience.

the location was convenient for accessing tours. i appreciated the easy walk to the town center and museums. the staff were helpful and friendly at all times.
the bathroom in my room felt quite cramped. the bedroom lighting was dim even with all lights on. i noticed two of the side lights were broken.
